Personato Werving en Selectie is looking for a HR Assistant for an international organisation.

As a HR Assistant you will handle, administrate and maintain assigned personnel information, agreements and contracts for associates, according to the company and legal guidelines and personnel policies. Support the HR department in general and keep the personnel and human resources administration up-to-date.

  • Compose associate and recruitment correspondence (e.g. employments contracts, confirmation letters, advertisements).
  • Manage, handle and maintain personnel administration.
  • Develop and maintain an effective and efficient filing and administration system.
  • Ensures highest standard of personnel administration in areas of responsibility.
  • Contact person for associates.
  • Pass on information both internally and externally.
  • Plan interviews in an effective and efficient manner and organize meeting rooms.
  • Ensure that for all planned activities all necessary materials are available.
  • Meet guidelines and labor laws.
  • Organize special and ad hoc activities on request of the HR-manager.

Functie eisen

  • College degree.
  • Area of experience: Human Resources, Administration or Officemanagement.
  • Teamplayer, customer focused and strong communicator.
  • Well organized and able to work under stress.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Discrete, accurate and reliable.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch spoken and written; preferably German.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Internet and Outlook, preferably knowledge of Peoplesoft.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Fulltime.
Salary: between €2000,-- and €2400,-- per month.
